Lester was born born April 2, 1926 to Hannah and Soren Hansen. He graduated from Dwight Township High School in 1943 and then enlisted in the Army Air Corps and served in WWII. He married Marjorie Rose on January 22, 1949 and they are parents of 4 children: Diana, David, Larry and Sharon whom they raised on the family farm. He loves fishing, woodworking, gardening, and all things Danish. Happy Birthday Lester!
