The Joliet Junior College Wolves softball team earned the No. 3 seed in the NJCAA Division III World Series and will face No. 6 Patrick & Henry on May 20 at 1 pm CST in Dewitt, New York.

The Wolves swept the College of DuPage to secure the Region 4 Championship and then defeated St. Cloud to win the district championship and clinch a World Series berth.

Two of Dwight graduates, sophomore Avery Scheuer and freshman Avevi Jury, are members of the Wolves team.

The Wolves have a 41-13 record which is the best record in school history.
