On 04-11-26 at 11:32 pm the Morris Police Department and Morris Fire Protection and Ambulance District were called to the area of Ottawa Bend Drive at the West Branch of Nettle Creek for a vehicle in the water with possible occupants inside.Both departments arrived and located a vehicle upside down and submerged in the creek behind the office of Gebhard Woods State Park.
Morris Fire deployed rescue swimmers and removed the sole occupant of the vehicle and transported the occupant from the scene. More information will be released when available.
