Morris Hospital Nurse Practitioner to Discuss Memory Loss and Dementia
June 24, 2026, MORRIS, IL – As people age, changes in the brain increase the risk for developing memory loss, Alzheimer’s and other related dementias. Learn how to take charge of your brain health by attending a free program presented by Amanda Benjamin, Advanced Practice Nurse with Morris Hospital Neurology Specialists, on Wednesday, July 8, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Morris Hospital YMCA, 2200 W. Dupont Avenue, Morris.
The program is free and open to the community as part of the Healthy Happens Here health and wellness seminar series offered through Morris Hospital and the YCMA.
During the program, Benjamin will explain how to manage risk factors that may prevent or delay dementia and memory loss.
