Speaking on the House floor, State Rep. Jeff Keicher presented House Resolution 439 to honor the memory of Sycamore resident Scott Galto. Scott tragically lost his life in December of 2022 following an incident at the Fox Developmental Center. Although perishing from his injuries, he saved numerous lives during the incident.
