On Saturday, September 23rd, the Gardner Area Band and Pantherette Spirit Line performed at halftime on the field of the University of Illinois Football game in historic Memorial Stadium.  The game featured the Fighting Illini vs Florida Atlantic University.  The band is under the direction of Michael Leone.  The Gardner Area Band can next be seen performing in the Grundy County CornFest Parade in Morris.
