Seth Alan Galloway, age 25, of Dwight, Illinois died Monday, March 21, 2022 at his home. Born February 28, 1997 in Pontiac, Illinois, Seth Alan is the son of Lane and Timi Galloway of Dwight, Illinois. Seth graduated from Dwight Township High School in 2015. He was also a graduate from MacMurray College in 2019. He graduated from MacMurray with a degree in sports management and marketing. Seth loved the game of golf. If he wasn’t able to play, he made sure his work shared the same passion. Seth worked at Cayuga Golf Course/Wolf Creek for many years. He was currently working at Club Champion, where he oversaw golf club sales. As an avid sports fan, the White Sox was his favorite team. He enjoyed bowling on Wednesday nights. Seth was also a collector of baseball, Pokeman, and football cards. He will always be remembered for his funny, witty jokes. Most importantly, he loved his family. He loved celebrating holidays and being surrounded by his loved ones. Also surviving are his sisters, Erin Galloway (Jake Thornton) of Bourbonnais, Illinois and Daly Galloway (Colin Schultz) of South Wilmington, Illinois; nephew, Rhett “Big Time” Thornton of Bourbonnais, Illinois; grandparents, Kay and Doug Weatherly of Milan, Illinois and Tim and Georgia Lightner of Bettendorf, Iowa. Preceding him in death was his grandfather, Alan Galloway.
