Kathleen J. Boulch, 82, of Odell, Illinois and formerly of Oswego, Illinois, passed away January 20, 2022 at OSF St. Joseph’s in Bloomington, Illinois with her daughters by her side, as a result of too much damage due to Covid 19.
She was born in Chicago, Illinois to Joyce and Fred Rath (both deceased).
Kathleen had many talents – crafting, sewing, quilting, baking and cooking. She retired from Westell in Oswego several years ago.
Kathleen is survived by her daughters, Beverly (Russ O Connor) Casey of Oswego, Illinois and Pamela (Don) Gurdak of Odell, Illinois; grandchildren: Joshua (Sarah) Casey of Streator; Brittany Casey of Pontiac, Illinois; Nathanial Gurdak of Odell; Jordan Casey of Oswego; great-grandchildren: Damien, Samuel and Annabelle of Pontiac; Dakota and Truitt of Streator; and Athena of Oswego; a special niece, Lee Lyn Jerde of Ottawa; and her three fur babies: Spooky, Nellie and Buttercup.
Also surviving are her brothers: David Rath of La Crosse, Larry Kessler of McHenry, and Michael Kessler of Bristol.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Casey; brother, Daniel Kessler; and the father of her children, Perry Casey.
Kathleen’s wishes were for no services.
