Charles Edward Adams, Jr., 74, formerly of Dwight, entered into rest on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at the VA Medical Center in Augusta, GA. He was born in Streator, IL to Charles and Marion Sipe Adams, Sr. He married his wife Edda Fiaschi on February 16, 1968. A 1964 graduate of DTHS, he retired from the US Army after 21 years, serving in Vietnam, Germany, Italy and many other locations around the world. He is survived by his son, Riccardo Adams, Sr. (Donna); grandson, Riccardo Adams, Jr.; his brothers, David Adams (Ida) and Terry Adams (Lorene); and his sister, Marianne Adams Decker; numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. He was also preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Thomas, Michael and James.
