Rosemary Roloff, age 69, of Odell, Illinois passed away peacefully on Friday, July 30, 2021 surrounded by her family. Born April 21, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois to the late John and Mildred (nee Batha) McLaughlin, Rosemary married LeRoy Roloff on June 29, 1974 in Palos Hills, Illinois. Together they owned and operated LeRoy’s Auto Service in Dwight, Illinois for more than 20 years. She was a member of the Lockport Moose and the Croation Club in Joliet. She enjoyed traveling in their motorhome, gambling, dancing, and spending winters in either Texas or Mississippi. Surviving are her husband, LeRoy of Odell; two daughters, Tami (Don) Babjak of Essex, Illinois and Kristie (Devin) Fair of Bloomington, Illinois; three grandchildren: Mickey Babjak, Aubrey Fair and Kendall Fair; her mother-in-law, Rose Roloff of Tinley Park, Illinois; sisters: Nancy (Joe) Bocheneck and Margaret (Joe) Cumbo; sister-in-law, Jeanette (Larry) Lober; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. Cremation rites were accorded. Private services will be held at a later date. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dwight Heritage Health and Staff for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the American Diabetes Association or the National Leiomyosarcoma Foundation for research.
