Rhonda Bally, age 59, of Gardner passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 9, 2021 in her home surrounded by family after a brave battle with cancer. She was born April 4, 1961 in Kankakee, the daughter of Elbert and Marilyn Parker Harris. She married Andrew Bally April 15, 1988. Rhonda is survived by her husband, Andrew Bally; her father, Elbert “Duke” (Diane) Harris; her sister, Brenda Randles; her children: Jamie Parcell, Jessica Brewer, Matthew Bally and Andi Lea (Brett) Renzi; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Jennah (Ryder), Blake (Mason), Kylie, Gracey (Paxton), Haylea, Kaiden, and Isabella; her best friend, Georgia Seat; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marilyn Harris; and two grandchildren, Adyson and Leo. Per Rhonda’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial visitation took place Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Reeves Funeral Home in Gardner from 10 a.m. until the time of a memorial service at 1 p.m., with Reverend Jan Chandler from the Church of Hope officiating. The services were live streamed at 1 p.m., Saturday, February 13, for those wishing to participate in Rhonda’s services virtually.
