ODELL  – Brandon P. Zacek, 30, of rural Odell, IL died Sunday, December 20, 2020 at 7:04 p.m. at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington, IL. His funeral was held Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in New Life Assembly of God Church, Dwight, IL, with Pastor Victor Randle officiating. Cremation rites were accorded after funeral services. A visitation was held Saturday from Noon until 2:00 p.m. at the Church. Memorials in Brandon’s name may be made to New Life Assembly of God Church. Hager Memorial Home, Dwight, IL is handling arrangements. Brandon was born October 11, 1990, a son of Keith and Cheryl (Trhlik) Zacek. Surviving are his parents, Keith and Cheryl Zacek of rural Odell; four brothers: Ryan Zacek of Odell, IL; Noah Zacek of Spokane, WA; Benjamin Zacek of Odell, IL; and Andrew Zacek of Odell, IL; three sisters: Natasha (Jonah) Dimmig of Ft. Worth, TX; Bethany Zacek of Odell, IL; and Hannah Zacek of Odell, IL; maternal grandmother, Barbara Gomez of Tinley Park, IL; and paternal grandfather, Robert Zacek of Lee, FL. Brandon was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather and his paternal grandmother. Brandon was educated in Dwight High School and was a graduate of North Central University in Minneapolis, MN.
